How do we stay tender in times of great change?
How do we trust the natural rhythms of opening and closing, of loss and renewal, of endings and beginnings?
This month, we gather with eyes wide open, feeling the reality of the climate crisis, political unrest, and humanitarian suffering. We practice staying connected without hardening.

This month, we gather with eyes wide open, feeling the reality of the climate crisis, political unrest, and humanitarian suffering. We practice staying connected without hardening.
Through meditation, earth connection, and shared reflection, we will ride the currents of change with compassion, acceptance, and care.

How do we stay with the ache of aloneness without abandoning ourselves?
In this masterclass, we’ll explore how early ruptures, attachment wounding, and collective conditioning shape our nervous systems and keep us mobilized, even when we long to rest. We’ll ask what might emerge if we stopped running from the void, and instead met it with
How do we stay with the ache of aloneness without abandoning ourselves?
In this masterclass, we’ll explore how early ruptures, attachment wounding, and collective conditioning shape our nervous systems and keep us mobilized, even when we long to rest. We’ll ask what might emerge if we stopped running from the void, and instead met it with presence.
Together, we’ll bring in a deep ecology lens to reimagine emptiness not as failure, but as fertile, mysterious, and alive—part of the great web of belonging.

How do we bloom after seasons of contraction?
In this embodied ritual, we place the stories of our lives into the field—quietly, reverently, and with the support of nature, ancestors, and deep presence. We listen for what wants to move. We notice what’s ready to be witnessed.

We work not just with our minds, but with the body, the nervous system, and the unseen threads that weave us into belonging.

How do we carry the land within us? And what becomes possible when we remember it as an ally?
This online constellation workshop invites you to explore your ancestral connection to land—both the land that holds you now and the lands your people once belonged to. Through guided somatic practice and object-based inquiry, we’ll gently turn toward the patterns, entanglements, and repetitions that may be moving through us, often unconsciously, and shape the way we meet life today.
We’ll begin with a grounding embodiment practice, connecting with the earth beneath you and calling in a felt sense of lineage and place. Land becomes more than backdrop—it becomes a witness, a guide, an ancestral presence in its own right.
From there, we’ll enter a quiet personal constellation using symbolic objects and intuitive placement. You’ll be invited to explore a current challenge or inherited story that may be asking for acknowledgement, inclusion, or release.
This is not a group constellation where roles are assigned. Instead, it’s a private, facilitated ritual of seeing, sensing, and softening—followed by space for reflection and integration.
Systemic and Family Constellation work welcomes all who are curious about how familial, cultural, ecological, and ancestral dynamics may be shaping their present experience.
Kat and Simona offer grounded, trauma-informed facilitation rooted in somatics, deep ecology, and the enduring presence of ancestral connection.
June 24 from 1:00–2:30 PM ET
